Curbside Pickup At All Stores Where is curbside pickup available? - Curbside pickup is available at any of our stores during regular business hours. How do I place a curbside pickup order? - Visit our online store to place your order for curbside pickup. When will my curbside pickup order be ready? - Most curbside pickup orders are available for pickup within 2 hours of placing the order. If you place an order within two hours of the store’s closing time or order after hours online, your order will usually be ready one hour after the store’s opening. Please wait for a confirmation email before coming to the store to avoid waiting for your order. How do I get a question answered about a product My Pet Market sells? - You can give any of our eight Valley locations a call during business hours for an immediate answer or you can click the Contact Us button at the top of the page. How do I cancel my online order? - If you no longer need the items you ordered, please respond to the confirmation email you received to have the order cancelled. You should see a refund for your order within 24-48 hours, but depending on your bank it can take up to 3-7 business days. How do I return an item? - Any item can be returned in-store with a copy of the purchase receipt and the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Will products bought online count toward my free bag? - Absolutely! I get special pricing. Will this be applied to my purchase? - At this time special pricing will not be applied at the time of purchase, but we do reference customer notes with every Curbside order and you will get a refund for the difference. Local Delivery Where does My Pet Market deliver? - My Pet Market delivers to all zip codes that include a My Pet Market location and zip codes surrounding those areas. How do I place a local delivery order? - Visit our online store to place your order for local delivery. When will my order be delivered? - All local delivery orders placed before 10AM will be delivered the same day within 1-5 hours. Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered the next day. Can you deliver frozen raw food? - Yes! Frozen food will be delivered with a much tighter delivery window - no more than 90 minutes from the time it is picked up from the store. What is the fee for local delivery? - There is a $15 fee for any orders under $49 before tax. Any orders over $49 get free delivery. Dog Wash What type of dog wash do you have? - All of our dog wash stations are self-service. Whether you need a quick rinse or a full bathing experience, our self-service dog wash stations have got you covered. They have easy access for all sizes, breeds, and ages - and a secure enclosure for pets that aren't fond of bathtime. Which stores have a dog wash station? - We currently have a dog wash station at four of our eight locations: Glendale (67th Ave & 101), Chandler (Ray Rd & 101), North Scottsdale (Hayden & Frank Lloyd Wright), and South Scottsdale (Hayden & Chaparral). For more detail and directions click the Store Locations button at the top of the page. What are the hours for the dog wash? - The dog wash stations are available from the minute we open up until an hour before we close. Monday-Saturday: 8AM-8PM & on Sunday: 9AM-6PM. How much does the dog wash cost? - It is $14 for 15 minutes and you can pause your time whenever you need. The dog wash is also a part of our frequent buyer program! What is included in the wash? - We supply aprons, towels, brushes, combs, and treats. The wash comes with the following options, which you can pick and choose from (all or some, it's up to you): shampoo, flea & tick wash, conditioner, and a blow-dryer with a low or high setting. Do you have groomers in the store? - No, we do not have any groomers in the store. This is just a self-service wash station. If you need any recommendations for a groomer our staff will be happy to recommend one of our local partners. What if I have a question or issue while I'm in the store? - Just grab a Team Member - we're always happy to help and answer any questions you might have.

Special Orders How do I place a special order with My Pet Market? - We have over 5,000 items available for special order. Just call or visit your local store to place a special order for in-store pickup. How long will it take to get my special order? - Special order delivery times will vary depending on the items ordered and when we can place the order, but most items are available within one week for pickup. We’ll give you a call when everything’s ready! Can you guarantee my order will come in? - Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the product you need will come in. It depends on the availability of stock from our distributors. We will do our best to get your product in, however if it does not come in we will give you a call to let you know and you will have the option to try and reorder for the next week. How do I cancel a special order? - If you no longer need the items you ordered, please call the store you ordered from. We’ll be able to process the cancellation over the phone. What is the fee for special orders? - There will never be any additional charges for a special order unless it is a substantially large pet food order (half a pallet or more), then we require a downpayment and a guarantee for day of pickup. Visiting Our Stores Can I bring my pet to My Pet Market? - Absolutely (and yes please)! We love when you bring your pets in to visit us. It's one of the best parts of the job! Just remember that all pets need to be leashed for their safety. What can my pet expect from their visit? - Lots of love, compliments, and pets! Treats are given with parental approval. Your pet may even end up on our Insta, Facebook, and website! Do you ever have events? - Yes we do. We host several local rescues at multiple locations on the weekends, we occasionally have informational demos and taste tests for the brands that we carry, and our Office Manager has even been known to show up on weekends with a Swell Gelato (for dogs) cart to give pups a free sweet treat. General Inquiries What is My Pet Market's return policy? - Picky eater? Bought the wrong size harness? Bought the wrong food? Toy isn't up to your pet's standards? No worries! Bring it back and we’ll either exchange the product or refund the purchase. We’re all about finding the right product for each individual pet's needs, wants, and tastes. Do you donate to shelters and other pet-related organizations? - We partner with a lot of local rescue organizations from all across the Valley. Prescription Foods & Specialized Diets Can I get my pet's prescription food at My Pet Market? - Unfortunately at this time we are not licensed to sell prescription diets but we do have a lot of comparable pet foods. Prescription diets require that a licensed veterinarian work on site. Is your pet struggling with their prescription diet? - Most prescription diets are pretty bland and limited ingredient - this usually doesn't go well for picky eaters or pets that are currently going through a treatment that can cause a lack of appetite. We do stock several brands that have very similar ingredient, protein, and nutrient panels for a variety of issues so please don't hesitate to ask a Team Member for help if you're struggling to get your pet to eat a prescription diet. Does your pet struggle with food allergies or sensitivies? - Whether you're looking for a single-source protein food with limited additional ingredients, low-phosphorous options for kidney health, food formulated for urinary issues, or a tasty low-fat diet that pets actually enjoy eating...we've got you covered.
